To kick off 2017 right…The IU Foundation (IUF) and IU Alumni Association (IUAA) would like to make you aware of scholarship opportunities available for your students who have been accepted to Indiana University (IU). You can find a complete listing of scholarships available and other useful information from the IUF or from the IUAA. Please share this and the following information with your graduating students who are interested in attending any IU campus and applying for scholarships. WE encourage all students to apply!

 

Here are step by step instructions for the Online Scholarship Application:

1.    Go to One.iu.edu and log-in using your network log-in

2.    Enter the keyword “scholarships” in the search bar.

3.   Click on the “Scholarships” icon.

Undergraduate Danforth Scholars Program
Open to prospective undergraduate and graduate students applying to Washington University.  Danforth Scholars may receive full or partial tuition scholarships, renewed each year provided the student progresses academically and upholds high standards of character.

Bradley University Early Choice Application
Bradley University's Early Choice application option encourages students to begin our application process earlier.  Students applying between now and October 15th receive scholarship and financial award information by November 15th.

Abraham BrownScholarship 
To support local Latino students in their educational goals at USI.

The Abraham Brown Scholarship provides 10 students per academic year with $2,000 of tuition assistance for a maximum of 4 years.  Abraham Brown is a local business owner and leader in the Latino community. Brown has partnered with other local businesses and the USI Foundation to provide funding for these scholarships to support local Latino students in their educational goals at USI.

+Admission to the University of Southern Indiana Have a 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale after the 6th semester of high school (end of junior year).

University of Dayton Leadership in Service Scholarship
For a graduating senior with a passion for personal development and a commitment to service to be a Leadership in Service Scholarship recipient. This scholarship, for students admitted to UD, is worth $10,000 ($2,500 per year for four years). The students selected will also be eligible to receive a University of Dayton merit scholarship, which can be worth up to $88,000 over four years.

The gentlemen at Sigma Phi Epsilon Indiana Beta would like to extend a scholarship opportunity to your students. The Balanced Man Scholarship rewards Indiana University bound senior males for their scholarship, philanthropic, athletic, and extra-curricular achievements. As the fraternity with the top G.P.A. on Indiana University’s campus as well as one of the most involved fraternities on campus, we seek to recognize those high school senior males who embody the principles of Sound Mind and Sound Body.

                  The scholarship of up to $500 is awarded to 5 outstanding students. The application is very simple, but the deadline is May 1st, so students really need to be aware of the opportunity as soon as possible! After all applications are received, the top applicants will have a relaxed at home video conference interview with a Balanced Man Scholarship board member. The top five applicants from the interview process will then be invited to a scholarship banquet where they will be awarded their scholarship.
