Would you like to be Big Brother or Big Sister in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program? We have an opportunity for you! We are currently matching with Chrisney Elementary students. You would report to Chrisney Elementary one morning a week to spend time with your little and come back here by the end of read in. This is an awesome opportunity to make a connection with a student that needs you! Please see any of our current Bigs to ask more questions! Indiana University Southeast Admission Scholarship

In addition to our general scholarship offerings, IU Southeast offers automatic scholarships ranging from $2,000 to $3,500 based on GPA and test scores.  Our already low tuition makes these very valuable awards.  To qualify, current seniors must be admitted by November 1st, 2019.  More information about these awards including award criteria is available at: https://www.ius.edu/financial-aid/types-of-aid/automatic-scholarships.php.

Seniors - The Horatio Alger Association National Scholarship is open for applications. Go to scholars.horatioalger.org for information and an application. Deadline to apply: October 25, 2019.

Seniors- check your email. You have received a Google form to fill out your picks for senior personalities. Please, don't put a person's name down more than once. Ms. Gasaway emailed you a senior list in case you need help remembering your classmates. The forms are due by 3:00 on Friday.

JUNIORS who intend to take the PSAT on October 16 rather than the ASVAB need to sign up in Guidance.  Firm deadline is this Friday!!

STUDENTS: the SAT college admissions test is being given at HH on Saturday, November 2. The deadline to register at collegeboard.com is October 3!!  Four year college bound seniors and juniors are encouraged to test this fall.

Indiana University Homegrown Hoosier Scholarship - Women's Rowing Team

We are offering a 1 year full tuition scholarship to the best female athletes we find for this upcoming school year. This year I have begun a new campaign to get the best female athletes in the state of Indiana to see if rowing is in fact their ticket to an NCAA title. Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship  This scholarship provides up to $7,500 per year of college (up to $30,000 total) for top performing Hoosier students who commit to teaching in Indiana for five years after earning their degrees.To qualify, students must either graduate in the highest 20 percent of their high school class or earn a score in the top 20th percentile on the SAT or ACT. Interested students should apply by Nov. 30, 2019 at ScholarTrack.IN.gov.

University of Southern Indiana and Indiana University School of Medicine are offering a scholarship opportunity to students interested in the medical field.
