Indiana University Kelley School of Business – Summer 2022 Program = BIG
The Indiana University Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) and the Kelley School of Business invite students to apply for Business is Global 2022 (BIG). Designed for rising high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors, BIG is a distinctive, two-week summer program including immersion experiences in international business, less commonly taught languages, and cultures from around the world—no passport necessary. This year, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, BIG will be offered in a virtual format.
Students will experience a unique blend of culture, language, and international business, and discover opportunities available in today’s global marketplace:
-Cultures and business practices around the world
-Less commonly taught languages from dynamic and emerging economies, including Akan, Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese, and Russian
-Business fundamentals from the faculty of the top-ranked Kelley School of Business, including finance, operations, marketing, strategy, and entrepreneurship
-Cultural expressions such as participating in Chinese calligraphy, experiencing Arabic music, or painting Russian matryoshkas
-Professional opportunities such as networking, a roundtable with global business leaders, cross-cultural business competition, and more.
